English Quest allows users to create an account to save learning progress, synchronize progress, and participate in the online leaderboard.
Users can delete their account and related data directly inside the app.
In-App Deletion Steps:
1. Open English Quest.
2. Login to your account.
3. Open Progress Center.
4. Open Account & Data.
5. Choose Hapus Akun & Data / Delete Account & Data.
6. Enter your password to confirm deletion.
When you delete your account, English Quest deletes:
- your app account;
- your online learning progress;
- your XP and learning data;
- your leaderboard entry;
- your local progress data on the device.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion by contacting us:

Please include:
- the email address used for your English Quest account;
- request type: Delete Account and Data;
- confirmation that you want your English Quest account and related data deleted.
We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time.
Some limited records may be retained only if required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or regulatory reasons.
