Achievement

Since its inception, the department has organized one International Webinar, two UGC sponsored National Seminars, one National Webinar, one State level seminar and a number of popular talks. Organization of Departmental Seminars and group discussion is a regular practice of the Department since the beginning of the Honours Courses. Two UGC sponsored Minor Research Projects were completed by the teachers of the Department. ‘The Dawn’ is the annual magazine of the Department.
