Call For Papers

We are happy to announce you the organization of the 9th Postgraduate and PhD Candidate Conference, hosted by the Faculty of Philology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

The conference will take place Athens in the first ten days of October, 2017.

The subsections of the conference are the following:

Ancient Greek Philology
Latin Philology
Modern Greek Philology
Linguistics*
Byzantine Philology
Folkloristics

Each submitted paper must concern only one subsection.

*Department of Linguistics will not allow any papers which are plain bibliographic reviews.

All students enrolled in postgraduate programs and doctoral dissertations are eligible to participate.

The papers presented at the conference, both the oral and the posters, are issued after evaluation by the committee responsible in the Conference Proceedings.

*The selected abstracts will be published in the Conference proceedings. The authors are not allowed to publish their paper elsewhere until the e-publication of the proceedings.

**National and Kapodistrian University of Athens does not afford to cover the costs for overseas speakers.
