Healthy lifestyle – здоровый образ жизни - the way of living, good for your health
Habit - привычка – something that you do regularly or often, without thinking about it
Benefit - an advantage that something gives you; a helpful and useful effect that something has
Relax - отдыхать - to rest while you are doing something that you enjoy, especially after work or effort
Diet - режим питание / диета– 1. the food and drink that you eat and drink regularly 2. a limited variety or amount of food that you eat for medical reasons or because you want to lose weight
Flexible - гибкий - able to bend easily without breaking
Push-up (to do …) отжимания - an exercise in which you lie on your stomach and raise your body off the ground by pressing down on your hands until your arms are straight
nutrient (n) - питательное вещество – something in food that people and animals need to live and grow
supply (v) – обеспечивать, поставлять– give someone something that they need or want
