Have you ever thought of what you're eating or even how much of it? Or what about ever thinking of what happens when we go crazy over avocado toast? Most people today don't keep up with how much they eat at a certain time. In this podcast, I will be analyzing the article “The Ethics of Eating”, written by Susan Pedersen. In this article, Pedersen talks about how we have been eating differently over a span of years. Also, how much and what we eat and what happens to the consuming factor of that given product. Today there are more deaths caused by diet-related diseases than there are of tobacco use. Or even if you knew that there is water depletion in Mexico because of the craze of avocado toast. We will be analyzing how Pedersen feels about this and what her take is on all of it in the article. Take some time to listen, maybe it will change your mind on what you eat and how you eat daily.
