Faculty (including me), counselors, student tutors, and more are ready to help you reach your educational goals. We can help you with your course schedule, choosing classes, finding student aid, studying skills, locating and using sources for an essay--you name it, we have someone who can help. To locate the service you need, see the services listed below. Don’t see what you’re looking for? No problem. Just contact me: akuehner@ohlone.edu.
As your professor, I am your first contact for help in this course. If something doesn't make sense, sounds confusing, or you'd like more information, let me know.
Email me or use the Canvas Class Questions Discussion area to reach out.
If you have any problems logging on or using Canvas, contact the Canvas Help Desk as soon as possible: 1-844-243-8410. Someone is available 24/7 to help you!
You can request help with reading or writing assignments in the English Learning Center at Newark or Fremont. Tutors are often available on a drop-in basis. Check out the English Learning Center website for the tutoring schedule.
Built into Canvas is a free tutoring service: look for the link to NetTutor inside the class. Here you can get your questions answered by an online tutor, even upload an essay and get feedback.
My goal is to help all students be successful in this class. Please let me know if you require any special arrangements related to the class or to completing assignments. This will help me provide the services you need or make accommodations to the course. Students with disabilities must document their needs or accommodations at the Student Accessibility and Services office (SAS) in Room 7122 in Building 7 on the Fremont Campus.
For more information, visit the SAS website, or phone 510-659-6079, or email sas@ohlone.edu
