Academician Julius Rezler, the first outstanding researcher of Hungarian working sociology before World War II, a former professor at the University of New Mexico, set up a foundation in 1995.
The foundation's primary aim is to introduce and propagate dispute resolution and arbitration techniques in Hungary and the Central European region. The foundation offers different types of scholarships for Hungarian post graduate students and young researchers. Since 1995 ninety-four scholarships in Hungary and eighty-nine scholarships to U.S. universities have been granted.
