About Me

My name is Alyssa Haggerty and I am a student at CCGA. I am living on my own with my family living in Tennessee. This is a big challenge for me because I am extremely close to my family. I am creating new memories and friends while at school. I enjoy anything outdoors. I have recently starting playing with an ultimate frisbee team and they are a great group of people that are super patient with me while I'm learning. I love the beach and anything to do with sports. In high school I was a three sport athlete, but now that I am in college I took a year off of sports to make sure I could handle my work load. I plan to look into sports next year so that I can continue to play the sports I love.

I was born in Charleston, South Carolina but I lived in Camden County for most of my life. Until recently when my family had to move to Tennessee for my dad's job. When they moved away I chose to stay near Camden and attend Coastal. It helped that I had a few friends attending with me, so it wasn't a gigantic change. I still had a few constants in my life. I still have some family that lives in Brunswick and Camden. My Grandma did not take the move well. She was just as heart broken if not more. Also my dads brother lives in Brunswick so I also have them to help me along.
