In this podcast, I discuss the harsh discrimination that cancer patients suffer from every day and the effectiveness of bringing this issue to light. Through simple over-looked names, many patients are belittled and self-critiqued. Although the names of hospitals and their specificity help identify the main course of treatment, it is up to us to stop hospitals from only caring about their source of income rather than the wellbeing of their patients. It is also important that we begin to see the prevalence of this issue. Using rhetorical analysis techniques, we are able to identify the relevance and important of this topic. We are also able to pick a part the author and his main purpose of producing his article, "What's in a name? Fear for patients when cancer is in a hospital's title." Using key sources like this, we are well equipped to bring justice to cancer patients all over the world and stop the subconscious belittlement of these patients.
