The argument will begin with a couple of pargraphs that describe the struggles Asian Americans often face. Through this, I can introduce my argument, which is that Asian Americans are losing their bicultural identity and their "connection" with their culture as they become more and more "Westernized". Recently, however, there has been a rise in Asian American couples who have been starting the "trend" of incorporating cultural and ethnic - based traditions into their weddings. Some even have two cermeonies in honor of both cultures. This is an example of how Asian Americans can "reclaim" their heritage, through the simple means of included a few meaninful traditions, like wearing the traditional wedding attire from their country. Many Asian Americans are starting to realize how meaningul it is to share and represent their culture.Â
