My name is Shikhar Sisodia. I am a current freshman at SCU studying Computer Science and Mathematics. I am very interested in learning about Machine Learning and AI and how it can impact businesses and technology in the long term. I hope to learn a lot from this course, such as how to make projects and design projects, as well as working with business owners to help solve problems in the real world. Outside of the classroom, my passions are photography and making music and DJing, which I have been getting into a lot recently. I am also part of ASG here at SCU!
The Team:
Jason Corn is a junior at Santa Clara University majoring in Electrical Engineering and Music. Within electrical engineering, he focuses his research on planar microwave resonator design, which is used in filters and antenna systems. Alongside his technical studies, Jason is also pursuing French horn performance as part of his music degree. He plans to continue his education by earning a master’s degree and eventually a PhD in electrical engineering. Through this course, Jason hopes to gain more hands-on engineering experience and further develop his practical skills.
Roles: Primary Point of Contact. Electrical pump.
Dylon is a civil engineering student at Santa Clara University with a strong interest in how large-scale projects are planned and built. He is especially drawn to construction management, structural design, and creating infrastructure that is environmentally responsible. Through this course, Dylon aims to sharpen his design process, improve collaboration skills, and strengthen technical documentation while working on practical engineering problems that reflect real-world challenges.
Roles: Responsible for system layout, water flow calculations, and ensuring the design is practical and sustainable.
Anthony is a first-year student at Santa Clara University majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He is actively involved in Formula SAE, where he works on the Powertrain Subteam, gaining hands-on experience with real engineering systems. He is also a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, reflecting his interest in aerospace and advanced technologies. Currently, Anthony is exploring different career paths within mechanical engineering to better understand where he fits best. Beyond engineering, he has a strong interest in entrepreneurship and hopes to combine his technical background with business by becoming both an engineer and a future business owner.
Roles: Responsible for researching on polytubes.
