Coming up with my original contribution, at first was hard but once I knew what I wanted to based it on it was easy. I have included things I have learned from the ACE master's program and provided examples of how I have applied it into my classroom. I have included research-based strategies such as 21st century learners, hands on and other resources.

Vanessa Salazar is a first year teacher going into her third year of teaching in August 2024. Vanessa's philosophy for teaching is if you do not build those relationships with your students from day 1, they will not do well behaviorally or academically.
