21 st century learners
When I think of the 21st century skills I think of the abilities, information, and attributes students need to have in order to be successful in the world. Hagler (2022) states that twenty-first century skills are not made up entirely of knowledge in the STEM fields, but that critical thinking and problem solving are also an essential in the skills. The 21st century skills include 3 essential sets in which are learning skills (4 C's), literacy skills and life skills. The learning skills is based on teaching students mental processess that require adaptation and improvement within their work environment. Literacy skills will focus on the technology skills. Life skills focuses on student's everyday life skills personally and professionally.
