When and where is the workshop taking place?

The workshop takes place in Barcelona, April 16th 2026, h 14.15 CEST, at the CHI conference. Hybrid participation is not possible.

Do I need to register to CHI in order to attend the workshop?

Yes, registration is conditional for participation. Single day tickets are also available. More information on: chi2026.acm.org/attendees/registration/ 

Can I still join the workshop if I was not accepted?

We appreciate your interest in participating, however we unfortunately cannot accomodate more attendees due to limited room capacity. We invite you to reach out and connect to the organizing team if you are interested in the topic, come find us during the break, and to keep an eye on the workshop results on this page.

Do I need a registration code?

No, CHI organizers recently changed this. To attend this workshop, you only need an accepted submission.
