This article comes from the point of view of an emergency physician Dr. Thomas Kirsch and his position on what goes on in as healthcare workers are fighting with the coronavirus. Kirsch expresses the necessity of figuring out ways to keep the workers safe in order to keep up the growing number of patients with coronavirus. He furthers his position on how the United States needs healthcare workers more than ever doing a harsh time like this. We will be able to evaluate the author’s tone, intentions of this article and the audience that he hopes to reach. By analyzing this article, we will see how Kirsch being a physician during coronavirus shows his true opinion and emotion to why this is such an important topic at this time.
