English 1101 Portfolio

Hello! My name is Ja'Kayla Kalecia Chargois. I am from Midway, Georgia. I am 19 years old and a freshman at College of Coastal Georgia. In my free time, I enjoy painting or watching "The Office". I am majoring in Occupational Therapy, in hopes to someday own my very own clinic. I love spending time with my family and hanging out with friends. I gradauated from Liberty County High School in Hinesville, GA. I have lived in Georgia my whole life. My mom is an elementary school teacher and my step-dad is an active-duty soldier.

I am looking forward to this school year and this next chapter of my life. Living in this pandemic has been very hard but I try to make myself busy during it. I believe that things will get better. I am very optimistic and I beleive that I was brought into this world to make a change.

I love helping people and I can not wait until I begin working in my dream career assiting people who may not be able to do the daily activities that many of us take for granted.
