Guest visits and accomodations

VISITS AND OVERNIGHT STAYS:

From 28.05 the ban on visitors has been lifted. It is now mandatory to register the entry and exit of visitors. The resident should collect the visitor from the porter's lodge and at the end of the visit they are escorted to the exit. The visitor must also take a temperature measurement before entering.

There is only a limit of two guests per resident at a time and an overall limit of 40 guests per day in the DS.

From 7.06 onwards, guests will again be allowed to stay after 23:00 as part of their overnight stay. To do so, a member of the Residents' Council or the Disciplinary Committee must be asked for an extension.

GUEST NIGHTING:

we write out the overnight stay permit (in paper form)

go to a member of the RM or Disciplinary Comitee (KDDS) to get it signed

The overnight stay permit must be delivered to the reception by 11 p.m. on the day of the overnight stay at the latest.
