Report on the progress of the educational process
Aim: This project improves procedures of lecturers questionnaire. The main aim of this project is to change the procedures to paperless, minimizing time, effort and costs and solve some problems related to external part-timers.
Functionality: This script download signature images from google drive through shared links stored in one column inside excel sheet as a response from the senders. so it parse each cell, download image into external folder and insert path of this image file into corresponding cell inside the same excel sheet to be ready for mail merge.

Automating and Digitalizing Students Questionnaire
Aim: This project improves procedures of student questionnaire. The main aim of this project is to change the procedures to paperless saving time, effort and costs and minimize human errors. Moreover, Analyze data and extract reports regarding students opinions to improve educational processes through determining weak points and recommending corrective action plans to overcome problems.
Functionality: The script parse excel temporary files that contain Questionnaire responses from the students and map the qualitative values into quantitative values to be ready for analysis. the outputs are stored in separate excel sheet that is linked to another analysis sheets.
