If the registration fee poses a financial barrier, you may request a reduction by submitting a justification to the organizers.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
PAYMENT INFORMATION
The BME University will issue an invoice for each participant who has paid the required fee.
When transferring the fee, please ensure that the correct amount is paid according to your registration.
The BME will issue an electronic invoice and send it to your billing email address.
The payment reference must include the following code: "ENFIELD AI Summer School 2025 registration fee for FULL_NAME", where (FULL_NAME) should be replaced with the participant’s name.
Details regarding payment will be shared along with the notification of acceptance.

Refund Policy
Request for refund of registration fee must be made before July 25th by writing an e-mail to enfield@tmit.bme.hu
A 10% admin processing fee will be charged for any refund request.
