Currently, I am a sixth-year teacher with Rocky View Schools. I teach a grade five and six split class in the French Immersion stream!
I have been teaching Grade 4 at an independent school in Surrey, BC, for the past couple of years! I have an extra challenge this year of teaching a Grade 10 Food Studies block on top of my Grade 4 homeroom class. It's been awesome and a whirlwind of fun to dive into a completely different part of the BC curriculum!
I have been an early childhood educator for seven years. Currently, I serve as a Team Lead at my childcare centre and work as the head teacher in a toddler classroom.
