Soft Tissue Therapy successfully treats a broad range of conditions, helping to reduce pain and discomfort, restore normal movement and function and make you more resilient to the demands of daily life.

Sports Massage
1 hour @ £45.00
60 minute sessions focussed on helping you prepare and recover from the rigours of training and competing.
Sports massage is also a useful tool to help you cope with the rigours of everyday life. It is not just for sports people! I treat people not just conditions.
