Registration Details

• Registration costs $80 per person with a maximum cost of 

• $400 per family. Children 3 and under(at the time of registration) attend for free! 

• Costs cover accommodations, food, family activities, t-shirts, and supplies. 

• Registration closes September 15, 2025

• Full refunds can be issued before NOON on October 1, 2025. After October 1 all funds will be used to purchase food and supplies.

• Your family is welcome to arrive at Camp Ida on Wednesday (of camp week) AFTER 4 PM. Please know, you will be on your own for setting up & meals as the camp directors will be busy getting ready. 

Accomodations

• Individual family cabins (availability dependant on the number of families that register)

• Shared Family cabins (with a family of your choice)

• ALL boy/ALL girl cabins

• RV hookups (30 & 50 AMP)

• Primitive Tent Camping

• Hotels available in Atlanta, New Boston & Texarkana (registration fee is still the same).
