How much is registration?

Registration costs $80 per person with a maximum cost of $400 per family. Children 3 and under(at the time of registration) attend for free! Costs cover accommodations, food, family activities, t-shirts, and supplies. 

Can we get a registration refund?

Full refunds can be issued before NOON on October 1, 2025. After October 1 all funds will be used to purchase food and supplies.

Can we arrive early to camp?

Your family is welcome to arrive at Camp Ida on Wednesday (of camp week) AFTER 4 PM. Please know, you will be on your own for setting up & meals as the camp directors will be busy getting ready. 

Do grandparents count as part of our family unit, or should they register separately?

For the purpose of this camp, a family unit is parent(s)/kid(s) or grandparent(s)/kid(s). If parents AND grandparents are coming, grandparents should register separately.

May we bring pets?

Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes. There is several fridges in our storage areas that you can have access to. We can allow you in the kitchen, but just ask that you prepare your meal 20-30 minutes prior to meal times so that the cooks can utilize the kitchen in their prep work.

If I bring my own food, do I get a discount?

Unfortunately, no. The registration fee is still the same.

Do we need to bring bedding for the cabins?

Yes. Each cabin is equipped with twin sized bunk beds. 

What types of housing options are available?

-Individual family cabins (availability dependent on the number of families that register)

-Shared Family cabins (with a family of your choice)

-ALL boy/ALL girl cabins

-RV hookups (30 & 50 AMP)

-Primitive Tent Camping

-Hotels available in Atlanta, New Boston & Texarkana (registration fee is still the same).
