遠藤　護 / Mamoru Endo

略歴 / Biography 

2011年東京大学工学部物理工学科卒。2016年同大学院博士課程修了、博士（工学）。 東京大学物性研究所特任研究員、米国コロラド大学リサーチアソシエイトを経て、2019年より東京大学大学院工学系研究科物理工学専攻・助教、2022年より同講師。 2026年6月より、東京大学物性研究所 准教授。 

He received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Applied Physics from the University of Tokyo. After working as a postdoc at the Institute for Solid State Physics (ISSP) and a Research Associate at the University of Colorado Boulder, he joined the University of Tokyo as an Assistant Professor in 2019 and became a Lecturer in 2022. He will join ISSP as an Associate Professor in June 2026. His research interests include ultrafast laser development and optical quantum information processing.
