1.Help Take Care Of the Beaches
There is a beach cleanup for a reason. Come attend the beach cleanup in your nearby beaches. Although picking up one or two bags of plastic seems nothing compared to the million tons of plastic litters that are already in the ocean, this is only a small step that is still crucial to the desired results.
2.Make Smarter Seafood Choices
Many of the marine species we depend on for food, however, are in critical condition. Fish sources, for example, are being depleted by bigger and more technologically advanced fishing vessels and fleets. And their disappearance has meant smaller fish are now being targeted, which is bad news as well, because the smaller fish are feed for the larger fish – causing even more decline. Less fishes are able to reach maturity and therefore are not able to produce offsprings.
Many other marines species are affect because their food sources are being depleted too. When the base of the food chains become destroyed the whole chain becomes affected.
Make a chance by altering your food diet. Be prudent.
3.Donate Money
If you know that your are not the type of person that can stay dedicated to the cause. Don't fret, You can always donate money to support organizations that are trying to help those endangered animals. The organizations will take on the responsibility to help those endangered marine animals. Remember, every penny counts!
