Climate Change is cause the melt of glacier, the habitat of the beluga. The body structure of the Beluga is prepare for the cold climate. The melting of the glacier is so quick, they didn't have time to fit it.
Sea Lions
Because of the widespread population declines in Alaska, Steller sea lions were first listed under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) in 1990. Sea Lions are vulnerable to the effects of climate change on ocean currents, which impacts their fish prey abundance. With the decrease in their food, their population decreases along with it. They are also victims of bycatch in fisheries.
Whales are the top of the food chain in the ocean, and have a important role in the ocean that keeps the health of the marine environment.
