At the Emerging Nano-Devices Lab we are trying to develop novel nano-scale electronic and optoelectronic devices for next generation information processing and storage. Our aim is to merge aspects of Materials Science, Electronic Devices, Nanotechnology and Non-Von Neumann computation to create highly energy efficient computational frameworks for future.
