General Questions
Q: What is Enchanted Moon Circles?
A: We are an established Craft tradition with a strong focus on supporting others on their own nature-based spiritual paths by offering social and learning opportunities through ritual circles, workshops, social gatherings, and online courses. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or experience.
Q: Do I need to follow a particular belief system to take part?
A: No! Our gatherings are open to everyone. You don’t need to be “Pagan” or follow any specific spiritual path — just an open mind and a willingness to connect with community and nature.
Q: How can I get involved?
A: There are many ways to join in: attend our monthly moots, join us at an Arts & Crafts workshop, take part in seasonal celebrations, go on day trips, or explore our online academy. You can also join our Facebook group to stay updated and connect with others.
Q: What happens at a moot?
A: Our moots are informal, friendly social gatherings. You can chat with others, share ideas, and simply enjoy spending time with like-minded people. There’s no agenda, and everyone is welcome.
Q: Do I need to book to attend a moot?
A: No booking is required for moots — just turn up and join the circle.
Q: Can I bring children or my dog to a moot?
A: Yes! Children and dogs are welcome at our moots, provided they are accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
Q: What kind of craft sessions do you run?
A: We organise relaxed, sociable Arts & Crafts evenings for adults, with activities inspired by the seasons, nature, and creativity. Activities may include painting, upcycling, botanical crafts, jewellery making, seasonal decorations, macramé, papercraft and much more. Each session will feature a different project, with materials and guidance provided.
Q: Do I need to be good at crafting?
A: Absolutely not! Our sessions are designed to be welcoming and enjoyable for everyone, including complete beginners. You don't need any previous experience — we'll provide the materials, instructions and encouragement you need to create something you can be proud of.
Q: Who can attend the craft sessions?
A: Our Arts & Crafts sessions are currently intended for adults aged 18 and over. We want to create a relaxed environment where people can enjoy some creative time, meet others and perhaps make some new friends.

A: Places will normally be booked online through the booking platform linked from the individual event page. Spaces are limited, so advance booking is essential. Full booking details, including the cost of each session, will be provided on the relevant event page.
Q: What does the workshop fee include?
A: Your workshop fee includes the materials and equipment needed for the featured craft, as well as guidance throughout the session. Refreshments and any additional items included will be specified on the individual event page.
Q: Can I bring a friend?
A: Absolutely! We encourage you to share our events with friends, family and other people who might enjoy getting creative. Each person attending will need to book their own place.
Q: What are Seasonal Celebration & Open Circles?
A: Seasonal Celebrations are events that honour the turning of the year, combining a short talk about the festival, a creative craft activity, a guided meditation, and a group celebration led by experienced facilitators. Open Circles refer to events that anyone can come along and be part of, though we do require prior booking to ensure we have enough supplies and space.
Q: How do I book a place?
A: Numbers are limited to keep the events intimate and meaningful. Booking will be on a first-come, first-served basis via the Events Page or our Facebook group.

Q: Can anyone join the online courses?
A: Yes! Our online courses are available to anyone, anywhere. You don’t need to be local to participate.
Q: How much do the courses cost?
A: We firmly believe that money should not be a barrier to learning and expanding your knowledge, which is why we keep the cost of our online courses as low as possible. We also offer Termly Passes, giving students access to as many courses as they wish, for one cost-effective fee.
Q: Do I need special materials or prior experience?
A: Most courses are beginner-friendly and provide guidance on any materials needed. Each course description will give full details.
