• Right of way: Our entrance is narrow, but our premises can accommodate sedans to heavy duty dipper trucks. If you require any assistance, please get in touch with us; our staff is readily available to help.

• Dining: We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is no need for reservations or appointments. Please be advised that all appointments on our page will be waived as stated: first-come, first-served. 

  • As we are a private resort with no entrance fees, we ask that guests order ramen with genuine dining intentions. 

  • We do not host events or day tours at the Ramen House. Kindly be mindful that extended stays of 4–9 hours are not allowed, as we wish to accommodate other customers and ensure a pleasant dining experience for everyone.

• Service Time: We appreciate your utmost support and patience; please be guided by the serving time depending on your order as we attain our claims to serve our customers a hot bowl of ramen or your meals. 

  • Please note that we are not a fast-food establishment. All our ingredients are prepared fresh, and dishes, especially those involving meat take time to cook. We kindly ask for your patience as we serve you quality food made with care.

• Strolling Policy: Customers are welcome to explore various areas within our premises, except passing by the opposite side of the Pagoda and Fishing Pond and the front section of the Japanese Lantern Lights only. We kindly urge individuals to show consideration for those currently booked in accommodations by refraining from loud noise and being mindful when taking pictures. 

  • Kindly note that our Ramen House is the sole establishment accessible to the public. Meanwhile, our staycation accommodations ensure a private experience, with restricted access to maintain each guest's serenity, peace, and privacy. 

• Children Supervision: For safety reasons, please be mindful and supervise your children, given the spacious layout (uphill-downhill) of the premises.

• Waiting area & Capacity: Our maximum capacity is 25–30 guests (PAX). When this limit is reached, we kindly request that you make use of the adjacent garden or parking area, or relax on the bench by the zen garden view while waiting.

• Facilities: Service water and toilet facilities are available inside the ramen area. Please feel free to help yourselves, or approach our accommodating staff if you need any assistance.

• Pet Rules: We are a pet friendly community, we kindly request that they must not use the bowls provided for customers during their meals, and to supervise them at all times for we care and value the safety of your pets. And also, please supervise and keep them on leash/cage in respect to other customers.

• Parking: Parking is spacious but at your own risk. Our staff are experienced in assisting with parking, especially when accommodating large groups (up to 100–150 guests). We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we guide vehicles efficiently.

• Oculars: For those interested in conducting on-site visits to our staycation accommodations, kindly complete the requisite ocular forms and present one valid identification, ensuring that your personal information is treated with utmost confidentiality in compliance with the Data Privacy Act. Please note that ocular visits are only permissible when no guests are booked in our accommodations. Our staff will be available to assist you, and these visits are restricted to 2-3 individuals, with guidance provided indefinitely for each designated area.
