Our Staffs are willing to help if our guest(s) are in need of any assistance after their work routine specifically with accessing the KTV room, Bonfire Area, Fishing Area. Please also mind coordinating with your booking process and conversation prior to checking in at Enchante. Caretakers would be present at the vicinities while the Booking reservation staff are only to be communicated through phone calls and messages. Furthermore, Staff availability hours starts by 7:00 A.M. til 9:00 P.M. We hope for your understanding as our staffs will be resting after the said time. For emergencies you may immediately contact our lines. Thank you so much!
The staffs ensures a heightened security at the vicinities wherein Car Park lists are progressively updated from the guests check-in time and check-out time. The automatic gates will be closed at night 10:00 P.M. sharp, but for any emergencies or sudden occurances please advise beforehand.
The staffs will guide you to our office or receiving area for the final settlement of your balance and for filling out a few documents for our Security Deposit and Guest Information Form. Certain instructions and guide will also be given for your assistance during your stay. Please be guided that upon your check-in you may endorse a representative among your group to sign the Kitchen Checklist & Billiards Checklist [Machiya Accommodation Only] this is just a form of transparency and cohesive alignment with the establishments rules & regulations [cross-checked by both parties].
For Cancellations:
A 50% refund will be made for cancellation received 30 days before the arrival date—no refund after that.
In No-Show, 50% of the deposit / and the first night will be charged.
25% of the deposit will be charged for modification (re-book) of booking received 15 days before date of arrival
We understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide flexibility where possible. Kindly take note of the following options available in case you are unable to proceed with your original reservation:
Transfer of Reservation
Guests may transfer their reservation to a friend or family member. Should you choose this option, we kindly request that you inform us in advance and provide the name and contact details of the new guest for coordination purposes.
Cancellation with No Refund
If a transfer is not feasible, please be informed that cancellations made beyond the allowable period are no longer eligible for a refund, as stated in our cancellation policy.
Alternatively, guests may still choose to proceed with their original reservation or assign someone else in their place. We completely understand if this may no longer be a viable option and are here to assist in any way we can.
Rebooking Support (Subject to Availability)
As a courtesy, we will do our best to help find another guest who may be able to take over your booking date. Should we be successful, you may then have the opportunity to rebook on another available date. However, please note that this option does not guarantee a rebooking or refund, and we ask for your kind understanding regarding this matter.

For re-booking:
We will allow (1) Time modification of reservation dates only (30) days prior your booking date reservation. Although, we will only provide the open and available dates for your re-booking. As Enchante calendars are also systemized automatically by Airbnb for instant booking reservations, and manually tracked for Facebook direct booking. The calendars may shift from time to time, so it is advisable to finalized the dates of your stay. Further re-booking modifications are to be charged already.
For Booking:
We require a 50% deposit of the accommodation price listed to ensure your booking reservation.
Same day booking requires the full payment of your reservation.

First to Deposit then First to close the reservation. Please understand that this is a first come, first serve basis whoever pays first will get the confirmation of the booking reservation. You may update and refer to our Airbnb Calendar for both Accommodations regarding its availability. Refer to the message inbox thread for the processing of deposit. An inquiry is not a basis that the dates are already blocked.
Pencil Booking are valid for one day only. However, Enchante Farm offers flexibility for companies organizing team-building events or corporate reservations, understanding the need for approval from their accounting or finance departments. Despite this flexibility, based on our past experiences with multiple companies not finalizing their reservations, we cannot guarantee a booking without a deposit. Therefore, we require an initial deposit of at least Php 3,000.00-Php5,000.00 and a company/representative information form to secure the reservation. The remaining balance can be settled by the agreed date with the accounting or finance department prior to the reservation date.

Our staff present at the vicinity will accommodate you to your designated accommodation, please be guided to settle your balance upon arrival so we can also assist you in navigating in the facilities of the amenities. Also, please be guided by the details sent to your confirmation booking reservation (Direct/Airbnb).
Please be advised that we are currently charging Php 350 for the use of our Gas stove, as the Gas prices have also hiked for the past months already. Although, our accommodation & amenities listed above remain the same.
Enchante Farm is strict regarding the headcount policy, may it be for accommodation and any events. Please do advise us beforehand of your check-in time and upon your reservation. It is advisable to finalize the headcount of your group as one will be counted for fees in case of any unadvised headcounts mentioned upon your reservation. Therefore, guests of guests would still be counted to be part of the final headcount as they would still be able to utilize the amenities and the accommodations provided, whether overnight or not. In excess of the said Maximum PAX for accommodation will be charged 1,000/ Head.
Enchante Farm transparently transacts details prior to the check-in of our guests. For any unadvised events, caterers, lights and sound, organizers, etc. that will come in the premises markup fees will be charged accordingly.
Once a booking reservation has been communicated and finalized with Enchante Farm's reservation team at a discounted rate, additional special discounts will not be applicable. In the event that the guest who made the reservation wishes to avail themselves of special discounts such as Senior or PWD discounts, the Standard Rate will be applied instead of the previously offered Discounted Rate;
The agreed-upon discounted rate, along with the specified total headcount, is considered confirmed and should be strictly observed. In the event that the headcount decreases from the aforementioned details, the standard rate will be applied.
Lastly, the security deposit form will also serve as a transaction agreed upon the rules & regulations of the establishment.
For those interested in conducting on-site visits to our staycation accommodations, kindly complete the requisite ocular forms and present one valid identification, ensuring that your personal information is treated with utmost confidentiality in compliance with the Data Privacy Act. Please note that ocular visits are only permissible when no guests are booked in our accommodations. Our staff will be available to assist you, and these visits are restricted to 2-3 individuals, with guidance provided indefinitely for each designated area.

This is only upon settlement and arrangement of the management and client if the time extensions would be plausible. Please be guided that we will only waive hours of the extension during your staycation once you get a confirmation from the booking reservation management team, and succeeding hours will be charged Php 1,000/ per hour.
Since we are still in the times of the pandemic. Our policy should be strictly followed for compliance with government policy implementation of sanitization rules. Standard check-in and check-out time and everyone should sign the necessary declaration forms as this would be passed/ recorded by the officials. Please bear with us for any inconvenience we are just following protocols so we can open our place to guests or we will be close by random inspection of the local government.
MAX 2 KIDS below three ft. are FREE; exceeding the height limit would be charged at the same rate per head. Babies/ Toddlers are free of charge. Inviting other guests to use the facilities and amenities is prohibited. If other people aren't included in the headcount, we would be charged P1,000/head. So it is advisable to finalize your headcount. Please do inform the staff if there would be any additional guests. Thank you so much for understanding!
Any damages whether accidental or willful are the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and other electronic appliances including the removal of electronic devices will be charged in full and/or a new replacement. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest. With this, we require a SECURITY DEPOSIT of P3,000 upon check-in, this will be refundable upon check out.
The Damage Waiver Agreement will promplty be sent to your e-mail for transparency of both parties. The attached documents will serve as a proof of Enchante's honesty with the charges for the damaged item(s).
For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we prohibitsmoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, cigars inside the activity areas: KTV room, Mini Billiards area, Grandeur House, Chalet House, and the Swimming pool. However, there are only designated areas where smoking cigs/ e-cigs are allowed which is outside or open spacewithin the area.
Enchanté assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner. Please be responsible and you contact us through Facebook or Airbnb.
Please place your footwears inside the house, don’t leave them unattended outside the premises.
Frying any kind of dried fish is strictly prohibited since the odor would linger inside the premises. Please ask assistance on where these dish(es) should be cooked.
Always be mindful to close all doors and windows when the aircondition/inverter is running because it’ll damage the appliance(s).
The amenities that are provided for the Aomori & Machiya accommodation are complete. Just a clarification that this would be two accommodations for group of guests (Aomori & Machiya House) BUT both amenities are completely SEPARATED. This ensures the safety & security of both guests, and interactions of both parties are secluded. Moreover, The place is still private and secluded.
And rest assured there would be no interactions at all as the Aomori/ Machiya guests have no means to step inside the vicinities and amenities offered for the Aomori/Machiya House only. Vise-versa. Both have different time check-in and check-out and has their own designated parking slots. And so as the Bonfire, Pool, Kitchen, Dining Room, Sleeping Area, Patio, etc. Therefore, Enchante is still a private place and you have all the privacy for your chosen accommodation.
Use the pool on its official time set by management. Upon extension please just inform us.
Wear proper swimming attire (STRICTLY colored shirts, shorts with zipper and jeans "maong shorts" are not allowed
Take a shower before dipping into the pool.
Children 12yo and below, medically compromised (person with disabilities, hypertensive, etc) must be accompanied by their companion/ guardian. *This is a private property please take note that we don't have any lifeguards on duty.
Infants & children must wear swimwear as DIAPERS are not allowed.
Spitting, blowing of the nose in the pool and pool deck area is strictly prohibited.
Pets, smoking, food, drinks (glass or any breakable/sharp objects are strictly PROHIBITED IN THE POOL AREA
Diving or acrobatic and horse-playing are not allowed.
Personal safety should be considered at all times. Enchante Farm is not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Eating and bringing drinks inside is not allowed; this is due to the wires' electronic components that we should carefully secure to avoid spillage. Also, Please adhere to the designated time. Use the KTV Room on its official time set by management only.
NO children may use the hot tub without parent's supervision.
DO NOT leave children unattended in or near the tub
DO NOT use the tub if you are unwell, have low or high blood pressure, are pregnant, sensitive to chlorine or have any open wounds. If you have any doubts ask your doctor before booking.

Drinking alcohol in a hot tub can be dangerous. A hot tub causes your blood vessels to dilate which in turn will cause your blood pressure to rise.
Also, Please adhere to the designated time. Use the Jacuzzi on its official time set by management only.
Please be advised that this is for a ONE time use only. The management will be leaving on the heat and jet bubbles for the whole duration.
Do not eat or Drink on the Billiards Table and is highly prohibited
to avoid spillage. Spills may cause damage which will result in charges that may require customers to pay
Do not sit or stand at the table
Respect the equipment. Pieces of equipment must not be used outside the billiards room
No jump (Masse) allowed, this will cause damage to the felt (green cover) table

Bait Fees: 1 Worm = Php 1.

This is a common area, please be advised to safely follow social distancing.
Please be advised and understand that the fishing activity is arranged, scheduled, and organized for both accommodations. Since we are still in the pandemic we are limiting and securing the safety of our guests.
We are a pet-friendly community as we also have three dogs, namely Sachi, Inday, and Buknoy, and Kira who have been working hard to guard the premises of Enchanté, so please don't be scared and be provoked by our dogs; they are all friendly.
We advise all pet lovers who bring their dogs to communicate and notify us of the number of pets to be brought. And must adhere to putting a leash and or caging them as the area is spacious/large, as we would like to avoid losing our lovely pets. Also, please, if it's a must/need to put diapers, please do so.
We surely appreciate and love our fur friends, but there would be cleaning charges if excessive shedding of fur is scattered on the sleeping area. Please do understand that are also guests that are booked right after. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience!
