The ENAR Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility (IDEA) Committee has a goal of increasing inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility within ENAR in all aspects of the Society, including: the election and nominations process, the educational program for the ENAR Spring Meeting and WebENARs.

In addition, the Committee is charged with setting IDEA goals for ENAR, and ensuring that the Society meets those goals.

We are here to make sure that ENAR is a welcoming space for all and that all members will be welcomed and supported.
