EMT (BLS) Training

Our Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training program provides fundamental skills and knowledge required to respond effectively to emergency situations. As an EMT, you'll play a critical role in providing Basic Life Support (BLS) within NJRP, ensuring safety and well-being during emergencies. 

The EMT training program consists of 9 comprehensive modules, each focusing on essential aspects of emergency medical services: (Comprehension checks are only available for the first 3 modules)

1. 1. Module 1: Introduction to EMS Systems

   2. Module 2: Medical Terminology and Anatomy

   3. Module 3: Patient Assessment

   4. Module 4: Airway Management

   5. Module 5: Respiratory Emergencies

   6. Module 6: Cardiovascular Emergencies

   7. Module 7: Trauma Emergencies

   8. Module 8: Medical Emergencies

   9. Module 9: EMS Operations

1. Prerequisites: No prior experience is required.

2. Estimated Time to Complete: Approximately 10-15 hours.

3. Materials Needed: Internet access and a willingness to learn.
