Donations: 

Donated work will be organized stored in the CSUS ceramics building until the event. When dropping off your bowls, please leave your name, contact information, online payment method, and social media or website if applicable (will be linked here along with your name). Any unpurchased work will return to the ceramics office and artists will be contacted to collect it after the event. 

The Event itself: 

The event is hosted and orchestrated by Art 50 students. Contributing potters do not need to come to the event, as it will be facilitated by students, however it is encouraged to attend as a guest, and enjoy the festivities. 

Transactions: 

The Art 50 students will handle the transactions for ceramics purchases. Accepted payments are cash, check, and personal online payments (Zelle, venmo, paypal, etc). For all payments the artist will at first be sent the full amount and it is their responsibility to donate 50% of the proceeds to the ASI Food Pantry. The remainder is for the artist to keep for themselves.
