Mr. Jace Malz (he/him) is a facilitator and coach, who helps people do the hard, human stuff, better, together. As the founder of Inbo, Jace works with purpose-driven organizations to build cultures of care, clarity, and connection through coaching, facilitation, and experiential learning.

With a background in human systems intervention, Jace designs spaces where growth feels grounded, brave, and kind. His approach is deeply relational, equity-rooted, and playful.

Jace also leads Misfits, a coaching community for queer, neurodivergent, and systemically excluded folks who don’t fit the mold. Whether he's holding space for new managers or helping teams have the conversations that matter, Jace brings soul, strategy, and a whole lot of sticky notes!
