I know what it feels like to want the best for your children and still feel overwhelmed. That feeling is where my work begins.
MY STORY
Before founding Empowering Growth, I spent over a decade working in schools across South America, the U.S., and China — as a director of technology, a robotics instructor, and an educator who partnered closely with parents, students, and teachers.
In all of those years, in all of those places, I kept seeing the same thing: when parents felt supported and grounded in themselves, everything shifted — for their kids, for their families, for their communities.
That discovery led me here. In July 2024, I stepped away from my role as Head of Technology at a private school to focus fully on what I believe matters most — helping parents come back to themselves.
WHY I COACH
That's what I tell every parent who comes to me feeling frustrated or desperate. Because the truth is — if you're here, you already care deeply. You're already doing your best.
