Getting Started and the Process
Getting started with our services is straightforward and supportive, Consultations are not offered.
1. Begin by contacting us to Initiate a chart either by phone via TEXT at (209) 416-4866 or through our email empoweredfamilyinc@gmail.com.
2. Staff will return contact within 72 hours, or three business days.
3. Staff will send you a link via Simple Practice to complete all documents, once completed then you can move forward to verification of insurance.
4. After the initial assessment, we will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique situation and goals. We are committed to making this process as seamless and stress-free as possible, ensuring you receive the care and support you need to embark on your journey towards mental wellness.
The therapist is unable to provide 24-hour crisis service. In the event of a medical or psychiatric emergency or an emergency involving a threat to your safety or the safety of others, please call 911 to request emergency assistance.
