Natasha’s educational background consists of an Associates Degree in Child Development, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (consisting of psychology, sociology and gender studies), and a Master’s Degree in Science for Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapies, and Behavioral Analysis from California State University, Stanislaus. Natasha is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with an 9-year background in behavioral analysis. Natasha’s clinical experience includes individual therapy for children, adults, couples and family therapy, co-parenting and groups within a variety of settings; such as residential treatment facilities, clinics, home and school-based services. In having an eclectic approach to therapeutic services, Natasha emphasizes using a strength-based, client centered foundation, when using techniques to further support her clients in accomplishing their goals. Natasha is also currently finishing up her PHD program in Forensic Science Public Policy and Psychology.
Rachel Riojas, MSW, ASW
Rachel Riojas, MSW, ASW is an Associate Clinical Social Worker who is deeply committed to supporting individuals, children, and families through compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive mental health care. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Stanislaus, and brings a strong foundation in community mental health, outpatient therapy, and crisis intervention.
Rachel’s clinical approach closely aligns with Empowered Family Therapy’s mission to strengthen families, promote emotional wellness, and foster resilience across the lifespan. She believes healing occurs within safe, supportive relationships and values collaboration with clients and families as active partners in the therapeutic process. Her work emphasizes emotional regulation, insight building, and practical skill development to support long-term growth and stability.
Rachel has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. She utilizes evidence-based and strengths-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and client-centered interventions, while thoughtfully tailoring treatment to each client’s developmental stage, cultural background, and family system.
Rachel is passionate about early intervention, family engagement, and empowering caregivers alongside children to build healthier communication patterns and emotional resilience. She practices under BBS-compliant supervision and is dedicated to ethical practice, ongoing professional development, and providing a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Ashley is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families feel heard, supported, and understood. She believes therapy works best when it feels collaborative, safe, and tailored to each person’s unique story. Her approach is compassionate and down-to-earth, drawing on evidence-based practices while honoring the strengths clients already bring with them. Ashley strives to create a space where growth and healing feel possible. At the heart of her work is a deep commitment to helping people build stronger connections with themselves and with others.
Hayley received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling in 2013. She was inspired to pursue this field following her experience raising a child with a temporary cognitive disability, which deepened her commitment to supporting individuals and families facing unique challenges.
Hayley is currently registered as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. She has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, individuals with cognitive disabilities, and older adults over the age of 65.
In addition to her clinical work, Hayley is actively involved in her community. She provides pro bono advocacy for children in special education, supporting families during Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. She also serves as the Disability Representative on the Commission on Aging Board.
Outside of her professional role, Hayley enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with her family.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Writing Studies. At UC Merced, she gained valuable research experience focusing on adolescent mental health while working closely with elementary through high school students in group settings. She has also earned a certificate in Supervised Visitation and is a Community Health Worker, and is currently completing her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Danielle is a social work credential intern while she studies for her Master's of Social Work at the University of the Pacific. In addition to her academic background, Danielle has developed strong skills in communication and leadership through her work in both educational and community-based settings. Her dedication to service reflects her belief in the importance of meeting individuals where they are and providing resources that foster growth and resilience. Her goals include continuing her expertise in evidence-based interventions, empowering children and families through compassionate, client-centered care, and creating meaningful change for all communities.
