The Employee Separation and Termination Policy aims to provide a fair and consistent framework for managing employee separations, including voluntary resignations, involuntary terminations, and other forms of employment termination.
In case an employee decides to resign they are to follow the following steps
Communicate to your HR manager regarding your resignation at least 30 days in notice period discuss and ask for further assistance
Email your formal written resignation to HR DEPARTMENT OR HR EMAIL ADDRESS
Once the written resignation, the notice period starts after the resignation is accepted in writing by the CEO.
Following are some details and regulations essentially applicable during the exit process
Employees are expected to provide advance notice of their intention to resign. The notice period may vary based on the position and seniority of the employee, typically ranging from at least 30 days to 2 Months. The notice period allows for proper transition and knowledge transfer.
Upon resignation, employees are required to complete all necessary exit formalities, including
1️⃣Returning company property,
2️⃣Completing knowledge transfer documentation, and
3️⃣Participating in an exit interview if applicable.
In cases where an employee's performance or conduct falls below acceptable standards, the company reserves the right to terminate employment. The decision will be made following appropriate investigation and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fair treatment.
For cause, termination is justified when an employee breaches their contract, engages in illegal activities (e.g. embezzlement), disrupts our workplace (e.g. harasses colleagues), performs below acceptable standards, or causes damage or financial loss to our company.

In cases of involuntary termination, the company may or may not provide employees with a notice period or a performance improvement plan as per employment agreements.
Involuntarily terminated employees will undergo an exit process that includes returning company property, revoking access to company systems, and ensuring the confidentiality of company information.
The company may conduct exit interviews with separating employees to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and address any concerns they may have.
All information shared during exit interviews will be treated confidentially, and steps will be taken to ensure anonymity if desired by the separating employee.
The company will ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations regarding employee separation and termination. It will uphold employee rights and provide appropriate documentation throughout the separation process.
The HR department will communicate this policy to all employees, ensuring they are aware of the procedures and expectations regarding employee separation and termination.
The company reserves the right to amend or update this policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to employees in a timely and transparent manner.
