Resumes would be screened by HR and short-listed ones would be put up to the concerned Department for further shortlisting.
For technical positions technical assessments are sent to the candidates before technical interviews.
Technical interviews are held with the concerned departments and shortlisted candidates are forwarded for a Final Evaluation by the Managing Director
Finalists are made job offers by the HR Department after successful background reference checks
To ensure that individuals who join Fillinx Solutions are well qualified and to ensure that we maintain a safe and productive work environment, it is our policy to conduct pre-employment background checks on all applicants who accept an offer of employment. Background checks may include verification of any information on the applicant’s resume or application form.
All offers of employment are conditioned on receipt of a background check report that is acceptable to Fillinx Solutions. Reports are kept confidential and are only viewed by individuals involved in the hiring process. The information obtained in a background check may lead to the dissolution of an employment offer.
Fillinx Solutions also reserves the right to conduct a background check for current employees to determine eligibility for promotion or reassignment in the same manner as described above
The joining process of an employee begins with the induction process itself. Successful hires are required to inform HR by email exact date of joining the employee.
A form called as “ Human Resource and Employee Information form “ is required to be filled in once an employee joins and this form should be given back to HR along with the following documents.

Relieving/Resignation letter from the previous employer
Proof of last drawn salary
Experience certificates from all previous jobs
Copy educational certificates
Two photographs
Bank Account Information
Salaries will be processed only once the above-mentioned forms and documents are received by HR.
Employment at our company is at-will. An at-will employment relationship can be terminated at any time, with or without reason or notice by either the employer or the employee. This at-will employment relationship exists regardless of any statements by
office personnel to the contrary. Only the CEO is authorized to modify the at-will nature of the employment relationship, and the modification must be in writing.

A system to gauge the performance of a new entrant is a preliminary step in setting a quality performance consciousness in the minds of our employees. The probation appraisal, which will be before confirmation is already in place and gauges the performance, which determines confirmation of an employee. It is mandatory and forms the support document for the regularization of employment.
For new employees’ probation and training period will be as specified in their appointment letter usually at least 3 months.
At the end of the probation period, based on periodic feedback, a review would be conducted. If the employee is given a satisfactory rating, he/she will be confirmed in writing. If his/her work is found unsatisfactory, his/her probation period will be extended. If he/she is rated poor his/her services will have to be terminated permanently.
In the case of any misappropriation, embezzlement, or any instance of Fraudulent activities, the company reserves the right to terminate the employee with immediate effect without any notice pay.
Only after the successful completion of the probationary period, an employee is eligible for all the perks and benefits.
Your manager will explain your job responsibilities and your expected performance standards. Your job responsibilities may change at any time during your employment. From time to time, you may be asked to work on special projects or to assist with other work necessary or important to the operation of your department or the Company. In some cases, the operational needs of the Company may require a change in an Employee’s regular workday and/or workweek hours. Your cooperation and assistance in performing additional work or working a different schedule are appreciated and expected.
Each position shall have a written job description. During these reviews, your manager will fill out your performance evaluation report and arrange a meeting with you to discuss it. Through these discussions, managers aim to recognize employees who are good at their jobs, identify areas of improvement and talk about career moves. Pay increases or bonuses are not guaranteed. But, we encourage managers to recommend rewards for their team members when they deserve them. There won’t be any forced ranking or other comparisons between employees, as our goal is to help all employees improve and develop their careers.
2️⃣Instructed all managers to meet with their team members once per week to provide feedback and talk about their work and motivations. And hold daily scrum stand-ups. This way, you can receive feedback promptly and avoid surprises during your [annual/ biannual and quarterly] performance review.

Benefits plans may change from time to time, and the plan brochures (known as Summary Plan Descriptions) or contracts are to be considered the final word on the terms and conditions of the employee benefits provided by Fillinx Solutions Pvt Ltd. For eligibility requirements, refer to the Plan document for each benefit program. Continuation of any benefits after termination of employment will be solely at the employee's expense and only if permitted by policies and statutes.
After the completion of a year of employment with Fillinx Solutions Pvt Ltd, employees are rewarded with Tenure Rewards and Bonuses, the terms and conditions for tenure bonuses are to be requested from the Human Resources Department
Every year Fillinx Solutions announces Annual Trips for employees who maintain an extraordinary record throughout the year. The tenure bonuses are subject to the performance during quarterly performance evaluations

Objective: To appreciate and get together for special occasions and celebrate within the organization Events that are marked as Special :
A lunch hosted by the company followed by an entertainment session will be the agenda for the celebration.
To encourage bonding among employees, an annual picnic on a pre-decided date, will be organized. Such a picnic would be to a place where a same-day return trip is possible.
An annual sports gala is arranged to cheer up the team. Indoor and outdoor games are facilitated for the employees throughout the year.
The special occasion of celebrating employee birthdays will be done once a month, possibly on the last working date. A cake-cutting ceremony is held to celebrate all birthdays during the month. Work Anniversaries are also celebrated to cheer up and appreciate the employees.
All employees of Fillinx Solutions are provided lunch facilitation in the house. Apart from lunch employees can help themselves with tea, coffee snacks, and drinks to cheer themselves and feel at home.
