I am an Emotional Wellness Guide, Reiki Practitioner, Children’s Wellness Author, and Mental Health Advocate.
My work is rooted in one simple belief:
Emotional wellness is not a luxury, It is a necessity.
For many of us, emotions were never modeled as safe. We learned to push through, minimize our feelings, or stay in survival mode.
My work gently invites you back into emotional safety, at your own pace, without judgment.
Through intuitive emotional wellness sessions, Reiki, guided meditation, and grounded presence, I support adults in reconnecting with themselves, regulating their nervous systems, and tending to the parts of them that still need softness.
I also author children’s wellness books designed to support parents and caregivers in nurturing emotional awareness and wellness in children.
While I do not currently offer 1:1 sessions for children, these resources are created with deep intention and care for families.
Whether through private sessions, written work, or free guided meditations shared with the collective, my intention is always the same:
to create safe spaces where healing can unfold naturally.
