My Emotional Wellness Support Sessions are designed to help you feel grounded, emotionally safe, and reconnected to yourself.
You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to know what you need.
We meet your emotions exactly where they are.
This is a 1:1 personalized emotional wellness session for adults.
Each session is intuitively guided and emotionally supportive, focusing on regulation, inner calm, and gentle healing.
I integrate Reiki, guided meditation, grounding techniques, and emotional reflection based on what you share and what your body and energy need in the moment.
This is not therapy.
This is not clinical.
This is a safe, nurturing space to soften, release, and reset.
Sessions are guided by both your lived experience and my intuitive awareness.
Areas of focus may include:
Emotional overwhelm or burnout
Inner child healing and emotional wounds
Nervous system regulation
Stress, anxiety, or emotional fatigue
Difficulty resting or slowing down
Reconnecting with emotional safety
Creating space for clarity and self-compassion

Emotional Check-In (10–15 min)
You share what’s present for you emotionally. I listen deeply and ask gentle questions if needed.
Guided Emotional Support (30–35 min)
Based on what you share, I intuitively integrate:
Gentle Reiki
Guided meditation or visualization
Breathwork or grounding
Emotional reflection and inner child support
Integration & Closing (10 min)
We gently ground, reflect, and I may offer affirmations or simple emotional tools you can take with you.
