In order to best serve the student body and fairly distribute the limited funds that we have, we need your help. If you are a leader of a student group in the medical school or have requested money from the MSS, we ask that you do a few things to keep us informed about your group:
- Keep your information up to date with the SGA. You can register your organization with the SGA here: Emory Community Login
- Keep your information up to date with the MSS. If your leadership or advisor changes, please fill out the change of leadership form.
- Fill out the funding request form at least 24 hours before the MSS meeting at which you plan to request money.
- Complete the short MSS Event Form within 7 days of any MSS sponsored event.
- If you have a full charter, make sure to submit your annual budget on time and attend the budget meeting in May. Budget guidelines are available here.
This information is important for us to stay in contact with you. If you fail to keep this information up to date, you may lose funding privileges.
