Artifact 1
At the beginning of the school year, the first assignment my professor asked us to submit was a non-graded, low-stress diagnostic reflection. This was for him to get to know us beyond the classroom as students, but rather as individuals with unique experiences and perspectives! The prompt was: "Think about a time when life presented you with challenges. What inspired you to keep going? What gives you strength, hope, or purpose? This could be a person, a belief, a goal, a memory, or even a creative outlet. Write freely and honestly. There’s no right or wrong answer—just your story." Below is my response.

For one of my chosen genres in Project 3: Multigenre Persuasive Campaign, I decided to create a fictional newsletter article that would inform pediatric healthcare professionals about the importance of "taking a step back" and considering the potentially high vulnerabilities involved in anesthetic procedures. I wanted to create this artifact in order to draw attention to this important subject and ensure that each patient receives the treatment they need, but in the most efficient and safest way.
