Collage is my native language and I consider it a form of divination.
I am available for collage and illustration comissions.
Collage has helped me share things I needed to share when I hadn't got the words to say them.
'To Love a Queer Body is a Radical Act' speaks to my experience of internalised homophobia and how overcoming this, by loving my Queer body, is an act that I consider to be revolutionary.
Digital collage allows me to take real life textures and colours and transform them in relationship with each other.
These can then be used in differnt ways, as can be seen in my gifs in Subjective Utopias.
'Never give in'
'In Other Words'
I like collaging with words, as well as images, table divination, using chance with words to create poems.
As someone visibly Queer, in more rural environments, such as my hometown I sometimes find myself trying to tone down my appearance without realising. I remind myself not to put the responsiblity for the discomfort others have for my Queer body on my own shoulders.
As someone who felt incredibly isolated growing up, I know how important having representation can be. I know that seeing other Queer people can allow space for other people to feel more able to be themselves.
