Emmanuel Paroissien
Welcome to my personal site.
I am an economist at the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (INRAE), where I hold a tenured research position in the Paris-Saclay Applied Economics unit.
My research interests are primarily in applied microeconomics, with topics across health economics, environmental economics, agricultural economics, and industrial organization. Much of my work relates to quality signals in food markets, while my more recent topics of interest include the determinants of diet quality, pesticide use, and climate change impacts.
