Emmanuel Paroissien

Welcome to my personal site.

I am a research fellow at the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment (INRAE) in the Paris-Saclay Applied Economics unit.

My research interests are primarily in applied microeconomics, with a focus on environmental economics, agricultural economics, and industrial organization. Much of my work is related to quality signals in food markets, while my more recent topics of interest include the determinants of diet quality, pesticide use, and climate change impacts.
