- Transfer funds from grant accounts

- Work with physician monthly operating statements to create their budgets

- Shadow practice managers and physicians within IU Health Cardiovascular Clinic

- Complete PO and Change requests

- Complete an array of internship tasks from ordering gift cards to writing nomination letters

-Managed reception area: answering phones, taking/delivering messages, and packages

- Monitored lobby entrance areas for cleanliness

- Greeted and directed visitors to ensure a pleasant experience
