 Strategic Planning Preliminary Working Draft

Over this past semester I have been working on my strategic planning preliminary working draft. A strategic plan fully encompasses an organization and sets out goals for the future in order to provide a sense of direction. The optimal goal is to create a shared vision among the organization. This semester I chose Riley Children's Health and have been working on writing an executive summary, collecting data on its environmental and services area analysis, as well as the competetitive, internal, and SWOT analysis. This assignment has really given me great insights on different organizations and I am excited to see the end result. 

 Capstone

I am currently enrolled in my final semester capstone course where we are learning about career development. We have worked on fine tuning our resumes, creating cover letters, learning about savings and retirement options, as well as basic interview and professional advice!
