PhD in Applied Mathematics and Scientific Computing
Post-Doctoral researcher at the Otto von Guericke University, Magdeburg, Germany
WELCOME !
I am currently a post-doctoral researcher in the Institute of Analysis and Numerics (IAM) from the Otto von Guericke University of Magdeburg.
I am working on inverse problems for PDEs, modeling with PDEs, numerical analysis and scientific computing, applied to diverse fields such as cardiac electrophysiology, or geophysics.
From September 2022 to September 2025, I was a PhD student in the CSM team (scientific computing and modeling) in the Institut de Mathématiques de Bordeaux laboratory and in the Inria research center CARMEN team, under the supervision of Yves Coudière and Lisl Weynans. I was working on the inverse problem of cardiac electrophysiology, or ECGi. Link to my thesis entitled "Reconstruction de la séquence d'activation du coeur par mesure non invasive" (Reconstruction of the electrical activation sequence of the heart by non invasive measurements).
From August 2023 to December 2023, I was a research visitor at the University of Ottawa, Canada. I worked in collaboration with Yves Bourgault.
From February 2021 to August 2021, I was a research intern in the Laboratoire de l'Atmosphère et des Cyclones (LACy) under the supervision of Olivier Delage.
From September 2020 to February 2021, I worked on Space Situational Awareness (SSA) as a R&D intern at Aldoria.
