I offer one to one instructional and informational healing sessions.
While my efforts can supplement your own native healing powers, fundamentally all true healing must be created by the individual through a shift in comprehension, thought-feeling, intent, expectation, and acceptance. This is easier than you might think. Once you understand the basic idea that the body expresses an inner state--and you are willing to acknowledge and adjust that inner state--then the doors to your wellbeing are thrown wide open.

Most participants report feeling sensations that range from mild tingling or warmth up to shaking limbs or a "buzzy" feeling. A common reaction is to feel a sense of refreshment, ease, improved mood, greater mental clarity or overall energy. In some situations thoughts and feelings arise and there is a recognition and shift in emotions.
More than half experience sensations and shifts immediately and while in process. Others feel changes on the next day, after a regular night of sleep.
My method is specific to me and generally involves two or three "passes" through your energy field, inner and outer messages, and a brief tutorial on self awareness and body consciousness communication.
The first layer is shallower and will usually include some amount of dialogue between us as information about any area of hindrance or imbalance will surface and be shared.
The final layer involves trance states on my part where beneficial information is shared directly with the inner mind and body consciousness.
Many find one session sufficient to "get back on track." In instances of long term, complex, or deep seated patterns, two session per week for approximately four weeks is useful to redirect energies and gain momentum. If a client does not experience noticeable improvement after several sessions, I will always recommend taking another approach and seeking other forms of benefit.
It is truly my goal and commitment to resolve issues rather than create any practice based on ongoing "management" of symptoms or continuously recommending more sessions.
Help from another can do a lot--but only so much.
What brings the greatest success is to address and resolve the underlying causes of the imbalances and hampered flow. Those causes are found in the beliefs, ideas, feelings, emotional "truths" and habits of the individual. Severely frustrated desires and blocked inclinations towards action can hamper the flow of energy and emotion.
