You must be at least 18 years old to register for a class, workshop, or book a one to one consultation.
One to one sessions are first person only and may not be requested on behalf of a third party. The client must be able to give informed consent and communicate during the session.
All one to one consultations are primarily educational, instructive, and informational.
Only one attendee is allowed per registration or appointment booking.
For all classes, workshops, and one to one sessions, payment must be made in full at the time of the booking or registration.
One to one sessions are not transferable or resale-able to another party. All clients must book sessions directly with the instructor-provider.
The instructor-provider is not responsible for any loss due to the cancellation of any event or one to one session.
Classes and workshops require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum number is not reached, the class may be cancelled and the tuition price will be refunded in full.
A student may be asked to leave a class, workshop, drop in group, or any other event at the discretion of the instructor-provider.
All consultations and demonstrations are primarily educational and instructional.
If you request to cancel an appointment, refunds are available up to five days before your appointment. No refund is available if you cancel less than five days before your appointment.
Refunds due to client cancellation will be subject to a 10% processing fee.
Rescheduling an appointment is available up to 6 hours in advance.
If the instructor-provider must cancel the session for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
No refund is available if:
You do not show up, are more than 15 minutes late, or are unable to connect to or maintain an online session for any reason.
If you do not arrive/join the session within the first 15 minutes, the instructor-provider reserves the right to end the session, treating it as a "no show" and no refund or credit will be given for the missed appointment.
You leave the session early for any reason.
No refund or credit is available if you attend and are dissatisfied with the content.

In person classes or workshops with low enrollment may be revised to an online format.
All online classes are live stream and require active participation. We require that you have your camera on.
Classes and workshops are a ticketed event. No refunds will be given for non participation or no shows. You may transfer the registration to another student up to 24 hours prior to the first class but not after the class or workshops begins. Please contact the instructor if you wish to transfer the registration to another party.
If the instructor-provider must cancel an entire course or workshop, a full refund will be given.
No refunds will be given for single classes within a series that must be rescheduled by the instructor for any reason, including illness, facility/building unavailability, and/or technical difficulties. Any rescheduled class will usually take place on the same day/time of the week following the end of the regular course.
The above does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
No liability is accepted for:
Loss or damage to property while on site at a physical class room or during an online event.
Losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in travel services, sickness, weather, or any other cause.
Inability to attend an event, workshop, course, or drop in due to a participant's internet connection, travel delays, or for any reason outside the control of the instructor-provider.
Recording of in person or online events are not allowed and no permission is given to record, share, or distribute any audio or video recordings in part or in full. Students and clients may take written notes in session.
In the case of building unavailability, low class enrollment, or other extraordinary events, in person events may be changed to online.
